I spoke to a team member, sent the shirt back for a Medium. After the shirt was received, I was informed that a medium in that color was not available so they credited my account. Only problem with this solution, we were not offered an alternative color, etc. Now we are left without a SB shirt which was a graduation gift for my son who happens to be a SB Ambassador. We wish we would have been offered other possible solutions which could have been a win-win for all!
