Things at Spikeball are moving incredibly fast. Fun fact: we hit $1 million in annual revenue in 2013 with ZERO full time employees. Now there are 40+ of us helping to grow this awesome sport. We want our team to be as efficient as possible while giving them an incredible level of autonomy and responsibility to achieve their goals (yes, we ask each person to define their own goals). We believe that by focusing on our community, while making great products, we can continue to make something pretty amazing. Our story is a great one, and our community is telling it and living it every day.
