“MOOOOM I’M BORED”. Take a sigh of relief, because that’s the last time you’ll be hearing those words for a while. Here are six summer fun ideas to keep your kids, tweens, teenagers, or even grandparents entertained and make this season one to remember.

1. Ninja Warrior Home Edition

Raise the stakes of summer fun by transforming your backyard into a Ninja Warrior obstacle course. We’re talking balance beams, tire runs, boxes to jump over, crawling under sheets… this ain’t for the faint-hearted. Time each other and prep a prize for the champion Ninja Warrior. Grandpa might have to sit this one out.

2. DIY Movie Theater & Popcorn Accessorization (yep that's a word) Station 

Let’s take it down a notch. I’m feeling tired after all that activity. Grab/borrow a projector and a screen (a white sheet works great) outside for an outdoor movie night, or turn your living room into a cozy theater with blankets & pillows. To spice things up, have a popcorn making sesh beforehand, where your kids can accessorize their popcorn with choc/candy/whatever the heart desires.
