Should have read the reviews - broken rim

"I should have read all the reviews about the cheap plastic - we had fun for two weeks but rim snapped off inside one of the legs after very minimal use and a relatively small child falling on the rim…nothing even close to a grown adult. Replacement piece is only $7 but costs an extra $10 to ship. Wishing now I had heeded the warnings from so many other reviews of the weekender and spent the extra money for an upgraded set. After looking, it’s crazy just how little material is actually in the rim at the point of connection with the feet…the area experiencing the most dynamic stress is woefully under-designed."

Don’t buy!

"I love spikeball, but this set is just awful. A rim piece broke the first time I used it and I ordered a replacement thinking it was just a one off thing. I took the net out again this weekend for the second time and all five rim pieces broke in the same spots where the net fits into the rim. $90 down the drain for a cheap product they should not be selling! Completely unacceptable."
